Terms & Conditions

In order to maintain a friendly, mutually beneficial working relationship, I now present the boring legal mumbo-jumbo!

Please note: It is the responsibility of the client to be aware of all these terms and conditions and act accordingly. No alerts or warnings shall be given by Heathen Toast Studios.

Upon receipt of project details and a 50% payment by THE CLIENT, Heathen Toast Studios (THE COMPANY) will begin creation of THE PROJECT. Initial concepts will be presented to the client who then has 30 days to continue or cancel the project. If the client wishes to cancel the project after seeing the initial concepts a refund will be provided minus a $25.00 administration fee. If the client would like to proceed beyond the initial concepts all refund policies will be void. If the project is more than 30 days old all refund policies will also be void.

Refund Policy: Our refund policy can be found on our website at http://heathentoast.com/wordpress/satisfaction-guaranteed/.  This policy is subject to change and is the responsibility of the client to be aware of any changes. If any refund or guarantee disagreements arise between correspondence from Heathen Toast Studios staff and the client, then the terms on http://heathentoast.com/wordpress/terms-conditions/ shall be deemed correct.

  • Heathen Toast Studios agrees to deliver all FINAL DESIGN files electronically to THE CLIENT via email, or other digital delivery method. All copyrights and intellectual property rights of the final design only are automatically assigned to THE CLIENT once they take delivery of the final design. Heathen Toast Studios retains the copyright to all concepts aside from the final design delivered to the client. THE CLIENT has no rights to unfinished concepts or artwork resulting from a canceled project.
  • Cancelled projects will be archived. Reactivation of an archived project will incur a re-activation fee of $25.00
  • After a concept sketch has been approved for coloring no more changes aside from color changes will be entertained unless they are paid for. Once coloring has begun it take a lot of work to backtrack and make any changes. Heathen Toast Studios will happily backtrack and make any changes the client wishes for a fair additional fee.
  • The project is deemed complete when THE CLIENT makes the final 50% payment. Heathen Toast Studios will then arrange to deliver the final designs electronically. It is the sole responsibility of THE CLIENT to ensure the final designs are error free.
  • Delivery of the completed project will not be made until the final 50% payment is made. Heathen Toast Studios retains all rights to the character until the final 50% payment has been issued.
